Stephen Snow has made his career on the Board of Supervisors by advocating a bedroom on every acre, throughout the County, to the point where his employer used his name in marketing their development capabilities in Loudoun. He wants to rezone the transition area for tens of thousands of houses and has sat idle as AOL basically abandoned the Dulles District. And when given opportunities to discuss his record and goals with his constituents, he skipped a debate rather than face the voters.
